Prices for Family Portrait Shoots:
There are a few options to go about this. You can either choose to have an hour shoot in studio or on location. Family shoots consist of individual photos, groupies and family shots. You can even do a few wardrobe changes so that you have a nice range of photos. When you display the photos it will appear as if you did the shoot on different days.
In both instances, you prepare your own make-up, hair and wardrobe. Should you need assistance in this regard we can discuss it before your shoot.
If you decide to shoot on location (like the outdoors, your own home or a venue), I bring studio lights where required or reflectors. Bear in mind that sometimes you would have to change wardrobe behind a tree or a rock, in a car, or behind a screen. That’s how they do it in real life.
Location shoots are always fun and could have a calming effect on you and it shows in the pictures too!
If you need prints, designer albums, fine art albums, coffee table books or canvases, it will be quoted separately. Please use these prices as a guideline.
Studio Shoots:
1 Hour Shoot (including lighting setup and breakdown) R950 + R250 studio fee (prices exclude VAT).
2 Hour Shoot (including lighting setup and breakdown) R1800 + R500 studio fee (prices exclude VAT).
Half Day Shoot (including lighting setup and breakdown) R2500 + R1000 studio fee (prices exclude VAT).
Full Day Shoot (including lighting setup and breakdown) R3900 + R1600 studio fee (prices exclude VAT).
You get all photos in high resolution on a disc (unedited). As a sample, I will edit 5 photos in total. This editing includes a basic skin smooth and lighting adjustments of the image.
Additional editing and “Photoshopping” is charged at R250 ex VAT per hour.
